Am I ready?

Ask yourself the following questions:
• What do I really want out of my life?
• What is my real talent and where does my passion lie?
• What makes my heart sing?
• What are my wildest dreams?
• What do I want in my relationships?
• What do I want in my working life?
• What’s missing?
Then ask yourself,
• Am I sick and tired of second best?
• Am I determined to take action to make my life better, whatever it takes?
Try to answer quickly and spontaneously, without too much time for thinking or processing. The answer to “Am I ready?” should now be self-evident if you are being honest with yourself.

If you are not getting what you want or need but are now prepared to do what it takes, then you are ready for Life Coaching.

Many of my clients come to me when they feel they have tried everything they can think of to make their lives work, yet still they are far from satisfied. Some have even suffered mental or physical illness caused by profound unhappiness and stress, and yet others are lost in a fog of confusion. You don’t have to let yourself get to that stage.

No matter where they are coming from, all the people who have come to me for Life Coaching agree on one thing. Each has a strong feeling that there must be more to life than merely coping, and all have a strong determination to do whatever they have to do to “get it right”. That’s where I come in…

So my key question to prospective new clients is: “are you ready, with expert guidance, to commit yourself to positive action, to stop wasting time and to persevere until you get the results you want?” If so, you are ready and I can almost certainly help you.

If you have a strong feeling that there must be more, that it is possible to feel good about yourself, that fulfilment is a real possibility, you are ready.

If you are ready to take responsibility for your life, if you are ready to take control, you are ready for Life Coaching.
