I have a very fair cancellation policy. If you have to cancel your appointment, just give me 48 hours notice either by 'phone or by e-mail and you won’t be charged. If you give me less than 48 but more than 24 hours notice I’ll ask you to pay half, and if it’s less than that I believe it’s only right that you should forfeit the full fee.
