Dave’s Happiness Test
Do you realise you have a gigantic capacity for happiness and almost certainly it has nowhere near realised its amazing potential? You can experience the happiness you desire, but only if you seize the initiative and start to orchestrate your own life.
But first it’s very useful to see where you are starting from. This short test is designed to help you asses that. The simplest way to do it is it print out the test and do it on paper (you may have to copy and paste it into a Word document first).
Answer the questions honestly, spontaneously and from your heart, and remember there are no right or wrong answers, only your truth. Simply put a tick after each question under the Yes or No column

Part three
This part has only one question, and it requires you to use your imagination. It’s about your dreams, passions and aspirations, so dare to dream big – there is no virtue in compromise:
Q: Imagine opportunity comes knocking and says you can start something new tomorrow. It can be anything your heart desires, for this time you cannot fail, money will be no object and you have no responsibilities to worry about. What would you start?

Results
Looking at your scores from part one, compare your ratio of yes’s to no’s and ask yourself, “would I prefer more yes’s and fewer no’s?”
Now do the same with part two and ask yourself the same question again. Perhaps this time you would prefer more no’s than yes’s?
There are no right or wrong answers, the idea of the test is to make you more aware of how you feel right now, this moment, and also to highlight your limiting beliefs so you take notice of what's holding you back. Now is a great time to ask yourself if you feel it’s time to do something about achieving the balance you desire.
Part three is designed to help you dare to visualise your wildest dreams and just begin to entertain the possibility of making them come true.
Dave’s Happiness Test is about how you feel about you and your life. It’s about deciding what changes you want to make, and whether you are ready to begin the work of moving in the direction of happiness, whatever that means to you.
